First Steps if your connection is down

1. check what lights are on your router (and NTD box if you have one)
2. check all leads are plugged in securely : you could unplug and replug them to make sure
3. restart the router : wait 10 minutes – are the lights still the same
4. If they are : restart the NTD box : wait 10 minutes : are the lights still the same
5. Do you have a router configuration sheet : it may be on the front page of your webshield online account
6. If you have a config sheet log in to your router.
7. If you still have no internet, contact the support desk on:
