myWebshield – Checking my Usage

To obtain your current data usage login to myWebshield.

If you have not logged into myWebshield before, or have forgotten your password, click here to reset your password.

Note – this password reset does not change your email password, only the password for access to myWebshield.

Enter your primary account email address username@webshield.net.au, click on submit, and the password reset instructions will be emailed to you.

After the password reset you can login to myWebshield with your new password.

After you are logged in you will see “Number of Products/Services: – View »” click on “View”

Then click on “View Details”

Your data usage information is towards the bottom of the page.

For ADLS & NBN services the date usage limit is for downloaded data only.

For Mobile Boadband services the data usage limit includes both download and uploaded data.

Note – Mobile Broadband data statistics can be up to 24 hours old.  You will receive email notifications advising when you have used your available data.
